This is where core memories are made: adventures on the streets of the Old Town, just like something out of a storybook. A visit to Finland's oldest toy store. Playing in the Moomin park. PORVOO
There’s plenty to do in Porvoo: visit the Kungsbacka domestic animal farm, stop by the Runeberg Home, or explore the Toy Museum. The Moomin playground is an absolute favorite for the little ones. Walking along the riverbank and admiring the small fountains with ice cream in hand is a must on summer days. In the winter season, the slopes at Porvoo Ski offer plenty of thrills for skiers.
GOOD TO KNOW
Getting around Runo with a stroller is easy.
Children under three sleep comfortably in our travel cots or in the same bed with you—whatever works best for your family. Our suites feature a sofa bed for older children.
Potty chairs are available for rooms upon request. Cute slippers and small bathrobes await the children in their rooms.
In our restaurant, you'll find high chairs for the little ones, as well as child-sized cutlery and coloring activities to keep them occupied during quiet meal times.
Family time at the sauna is available in the evenings from 3 PM to 6 PM, and morning sauna is from 7 AM to 12 PM / 8 AM to 12 PM.
During holiday seasons, our children's playroom is open. You'll also find board games in our lounge areas for some quality time together.
ROOMS
For children over three, we recommend booking a suite. In addition to a double bed, these rooms feature a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 1-2 children. For larger families, the best choice is either a Connecting Room or the RUNO Suite.
