Named after their original purpose, RUNO’s meeting rooms carry the history of the house within them. Each space is unique, and together they form a versatile setting for a wide range of meetings and events.Our spaces comfortably host meetings and workshops for 2–50 guests. For larger events, we arrange additional partner venues just steps away from the hotel.
Lippuluukku
Bright and inspiring. Once the ticket office ('Lippuluukku' in Finnish) of Porvoo’s first cinema, this 27 m² meeting room now welcomes gatherings of up to 14 guests in boardroom style. A conference camera ensures seamless remote connections.
The space can be combined with the adjacent Parturi meeting room, creating an open, spacious and light-filled setting together.
Parturi
Small in size, rich in character. This atmospheric 18 m² meeting room was once a barber shop in the centre of Porvoo. Today, it serves as a unique meeting space for up to 8 guests.
Beautiful, intimate and filled with natural light, the room can be connected to the adjacent Lippuluukku space through interconnecting doors — an ideal setting for workshops, strategy days, or sales meetings.
Teatteri
Built on the site of Porvoo’s first cinema, Scala, this 80 m² event and meeting space offers an inspiring setting for strategy days, kick-offs and team gatherings. The space also adapts beautifully to a variety of events.
Our largest meeting venue is ideal for gatherings of 10–50 guests, with layouts tailored to your wishes. A conference camera ensures seamless remote connections.
The standard setup features a wide boardroom table for up to 28 guests, while larger groups can be accommodated in classroom or theatre style for up to 70 guests.
Attic Lounge
Connected to our attic sauna, this 24 m² space seats up to 12 guests around the meeting table. Ideal for creative workshops and relaxed yet focused strategy sessions.
The space can also be reserved for private use together with the sauna between 12:30–14:00 or after 21:30.
Office
For private meetings.
Originally built as the hotel management’s office, this 26 m² space carries a sense of calm and focus.
A private entrance, courtyard-facing windows, and an en-suite WC make it ideal for strategy sessions and important negotiations. A conference camera ensures seamless remote connections.
The room accommodates up to 12 guests in a U-shape setup.
