Explore Our Meeting Spaces
Named according to their original purposes, RUNO’s meeting rooms reflect the hotel’s rich history. Each room is unique, yet together they form a flexible environment that adapts to a wide range of meetings and events.
Our spaces comfortably accommodate meetings and workshops for 2–50 participants, and for larger events, we can arrange partner venues just steps away from the hotel.
Teatteri: Spacious and Versatile
Our 80 m² banquet and meeting space was built on the site of Porvoo’s first movie theater, Scala. It provides a functional setting for strategy days, kick-offs, and team-building sessions, and is also well suited for a variety of events. This largest of our meeting rooms comfortably accommodates gatherings of 10–50 participants, with the table setup tailored to your preferences.
Lippuluukku: Bright and Inspiring
Porvoo’s first movie theater ticket booth is now a 27 m² meeting space, accommodating up to 12 participants in a boardroom setup.
The room can be combined with the adjacent Parturi meeting space, together creating a functional, spacious, and light-filled environment.
Parturi: Small but Full of Character
This 18 m² atmospheric meeting room was once Porvoo’s central barber shop. Today, it serves as a unique meeting space for up to 8 participants. The room is beautiful, cozy, and bright, and can be connected to the 'Lippuluukku' via internal doors—making it an excellent choice for workshops, strategy days, or sales meetings.
Office: Private Meetings
Originally built as the hotel management office, this 26 m² space radiates calm and focus. With its own entrance, windows overlooking the courtyard, and a private restroom, it’s perfect for strategy sessions and important negotiations. In a U-shaped setup, the room accommodates up to 9 participants.
Attic Lounge: An Inspiring Gem
Located next to the attic sauna, this 24 m² space accommodates up to 20 participants around a meeting table. Perfect for creative brainstorming sessions and relaxed yet intensive strategy meetings. The room is also available for private use together with our sauna after 9:00 PM.
